RIBA work stages

ICE Arch Ltd is an RIBA Chartered Practice.

In the words of the RIBA “This ensues that your architect is highly skilled and professionally trained to turn your aspirations into reality. Your architect will guide you through the design, planning and construction process whether you are constructing a new building or adapting an existing property.”

Sustainable

bio net gain

We always seek to incorporate insulation and renewable energy sources into our designs, for the benefit of the client and the environment generally. Since 2024, Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) is a legal requirement. Put simply, this means that plant and animal life in the site and its surroundings must be at least 10% greater at the end of the project than they were before it started.

Transformation

ICE Arch Ltd’s focus is on forging a successful partnership with the client.  The aim is always to fulfil the client’s expectations and respond to context and community.  Alison and her team have a good track record in resolving complex briefs, producing innovative designs, working with other construction professionals and trades, and representing the client’s interests throughout the project so that the client’s first vision and aspirations are realised.

Conservation

Do you live in a conservation area or in a listed building, or in a Georgian, Victorian or Edwardian terraced house. ICE Arch Ltd’s principal architect – Alison Taylor-Stokes – is RIBA-trained in Conservation Architecture.
