ICE Arch Ltd is headed by Alison Taylor-Stokes, who has a wealth of experience in residential, business and community projects. Alison qualified as an Architect in 1998. She worked in a Wilmslow-based practice until setting up her own practice in 2009. She has designed properties, some of them highly innovative and individualistic, and managed projects, for a number of prestigious clients.
Alison is supported by a consultant architect, two technicians and an administrator.
Alison's philosophy is embedded in the company's name - ICE (Imagine, Create, Enjoy). She and her team excel in imagining the possibilities and producing innovative and sustainable designs, then creating a property that the client can enjoy and benefit-from.
Alison's special expertise is in design of bespoke new-build homes for private clients but she also has considerable skill in re-modelling - often overcoming conservation, listed-building and difficult planning issues - and creating environmentally sustainable, low energy, buildings which fulfil client's expectations and respond to context and community. However, Alison's expertise is not confined to residential projects. She has a good record of working with property developers on retail, residential and mixed-use premises and she has an impressive portfolio of business, community and education projects.

RIBA registered ICE Architecture Limited will address all aspects of the development process, beginning with the preparation of a design brief, through design, planning and building regulation approval, to tendering and procurement.
